Eric Palmer Attorney
Eric Palmer Attorney’s competitive edge lies in our affordable rates, excellent services, and in the good natured way in which we engage with each of our clients.
The firm was founded in March 2015 to provide superior quality legal services at a fraction of the cost of the larger Rustenburg firms due primarily to our low operating costs and the fact that we are still in the process of establishing ourselves in the market.
Notwithstanding that, we are still a relatively new firm and we render our professional legal services to clients such as Avbob Mutual Assurance Society, and we are on the panel for Clientèle General Insurance Limited.
The owner, Eric Palmer, having read for the degrees of Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and an honours degree in Linguistics (BA (Hons.)) at the University of the North-West served his statutory period of articles in Bedfordview, Johannesburg, from 2011 to 2013 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in October 2013.

SUZELLE TALJAARD
Paralegal & Secretary
Suzelle Taljaard started her legal training in 2011. She completed numerous short courses through L.E.A.D, and in 2018, she completed eight subjects to obtain her Senior Paralegal diploma. The subjects were Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Business Law, Debt Collections, Wills & Estates, Property Law, and Conveyancing.
Since 2002 she has worked at various Rustenburg law firms, including Moloto Weiss Incorporated and Edward Leonard Ndzabandzaba Incorporated, and on 1 September 2020 she was appointed as a Senior Paralegal and Accounts Administrator at Eric Palmer Attorney. She is also experienced in drawing Bills of Costs and taxation procedures.
Suzelle is also a Commissioner of Oaths, and with her more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry, she is always willing to lend an ear to hear how she can be of assistance to the best of her abilities.
